Radicchio can sometimes be found at the supermarket or maket in Guatemala.  I got a couple of them from a nearby market so I could try a different salad option for weekly lunches. One does get tired of green.  ( … even more so when one is not really a salad person).
I really liked this recipe, the only thing I changed were the raisins.  I didn’t have golden raisins at home, so I used the regular ones.  The bitterness of the radicchio blends very well with the sweetness of the raisins, and this fresh citric vinaigrette is a great combination.
