Mini Maple Pancakes

I was excited to make pancakes for my baby for the very fist time, and I imagined her happily eating the small slices of pancake drenched with delicious maple syrup. She hated it. I discovered that she doesn’t like pancakes, or anything for that matter, drenched in honey or any other sweet sauce. She’s more of an eggs and bacon kind of girl. But I, of course, could not conceive the idea of her not having pancakes for breakfast. So If she doesn’t like the syrup on top… I’ll put it in there! These ones she loves.

Mini Maple Pancakes

Makes about 10 mini pancakes

1/2 cup pancake mix
1/3 cup whole milk
1 egg
¼ cup maple syrup

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, and use a tablespoon or a very small ladle to add the batter to a very hot pan
  2. Use Medium Heat, and let it cook for about 2 minutes before flipping the pancake over.
