It’s time for our monthly tasting at Siman’s Estación Gourmet!
During the month of February, you can enjoy the Carpaccio Special which consists of an option of 1 carpaccio + 2 Monte Carlo or 2 glasses of wine. It comes with a basket of toasted bread slices.
We tasted the 3 varieties:
A mix of wild gratin mushrooms with parmesan sauce, blue cheese and cobanero chili sauce. This was our favorite, simply delicious!
Salmon slices marinated in soy sauce and lime juice, with avocado, jalapeño and cilantro. If you enjoy spicy food, the jalapeño slices in this carpaccio give it a great kick.
Thin slices of beef marinated in citric juices, olive oil, with parmesan cream, capers, leek and arugula. A traditional carpaccio. Delicious!
