Idea para almuerzo: Camarones con Ensalada✨ Esta es una receta sin receta – usualmente así me preparo los almuerzos entre semana. Lechuga y lo que tenga en la refri (este video fue del jueves pasado). Ensalada básica: Lechuga, apio, zanahoria y chile pimiento. Para los camarones: cebolla, ajo, chile pimiento y camarones. Preparación: Preparar la ensalada y reservar. En un sartén caliente, cocinar cebolla en juliana hasta que estén translúcidas, agregar el ajo, agregar chile pimiento en juliana y luego agregar los camarones. Sal pimentar al gusto. Cocinar por unos 2-3 minutos, hasta que se vuelvan rosados y darles la vuelta. Agregar sal y pimienta nuevamente, y cocinar por 1-2 minutos más. Servir sobre o al lado de la ensalada y listo! Lo serví con unas galletas tostadas de maíz (tipo sanissimo). #ensaalda #camarones #quickmeals #recetasfáciles

Esta no es una ensalada cualquiera, lleva lechuga romana, zanahoria en espiral, pepino, rábano y cebollín, todo con un aderezo estilo asiático hecho con salsa de soya, aceite de ajonjolí, vinagre blanco, miel y un toquecito de chile. This isn’t your average salad, we’re talking crisp romaine, spiralized carrot, cucumber, radish, and green onion all tossed in a bold sesame-soy dressing with a touch of chili and honey. But the real star? A generous topping of Naú Japanese peanuts, original or spicy, your pick! Dressing Ingredients:
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/3 cup white vinegar (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon chili flakes Salad Ingredients:
Sliced romaine lettuce
1 sliced cucumber
5 sliced radishes
1 carrot, grated or spiralized
1 sliced green onion

1. Place the dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until the honey is dissolved and everything is incorporated. Adjust the acidity with more vinegar and salt if necessary.
2. The dressing will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature and shake well.
