Un refrescante móctel de tomate con Sazonador para Guacamol Mondu y un toque de Salsa Picante Jalapeño Limón. Empezamos con jugo de tomate preparado, aquí les damos la receta, unos toques del sazonador y la salsa picante, y terminamos con fresca agua mineral y un adorno de apio y naranja. A refreshing tomato mocktail with Mondu Guacamole Seasoning and a touch of Lemon Jalapeño Hot Sauce. We start with prepared tomato juice, you will find the recipe here, a few touches of the seasoning and the hot sauce, and we finish with fresh mineral water and a garnish of celery and orange. It is perfect to enjoy the next time you have a barbecue. ☀️ You can see the procedure in our reels. 1 mocktail:
Prepared tomato juice
½ teaspoon Mondu Lemon Jalapeño Hot Sauce
A pinch of Mondu Guacamole Seasoning
Mineral water
Ice Ingredients for Prepared Tomato Juice
1 liter of tomato and clam juice
Juice of 4 lemons
Juice of 2 navel oranges (imported)
2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce Preparation:
1. Add all the prepared tomato juice ingredients to a jug and mix well. Adjust the ingredients to taste.
2. To prepare the mocktail, pour enough ice into a glass, fill the glass halfway with the prepared tomato juice, and add Mondu Lemon Jalapeño Hot Sauce and half a teaspoon of Mondu Guacamole Seasoning. Mix with a spoon.

Hielo Ingredientes, para el Jugo de Tomate Preparado:
1 lt de jugo de tomate con almeja
Jugo de 4 limones
Jugo de 2 naranjas Navel (importadas)
2 cditas de sal
1/2 cdita de pimienta

✨Pollo Escalfado✨ Pollo escalfado que queda s

✨Pollo Escalfado✨ Pollo escalfado que queda suavecito y con mucho sabor. Lo pueden tener a mano para hacer wraps, ensaladas, sándwiches o agregar a sopas o pastas. 1 ½ libras de pechuga de pollo deshuesada y sin piel
3 dientes de ajo, machacados con el lado plano de un cuchillo
½ cebolla blanca, rebanada
1 hoja de laurel
2 cáscaras de limón
1 tallo de apio
1 ramita grande de cilantro fresco
1 ½ cucharaditas de sal fina
Agua Procedimiento:
Agregar el pollo y todos los aromáticos y especias a una olla mediana. Cubrir con agua una o dos pulgadas.
Colocar la olla a fuego medio y calentar hasta que el líquido hierva a fuego lento. Esto tomará unos minutos. Cuando el líquido hierva a fuego lento, bajar la temperatura y cocinar de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido.
Transferir los pedazos a una tabla. Rebanar o desmenuzar y está listo para servir o usar en otras recetas ✨Poached Chicken✨ Flavorful and tender poached chicken that you can use to have on hand to make wraps, salads, sandwiches or add to soups or pasta. 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
3 garlic cloves, smashed with the flat side of a knife
½ white onion, sliced

Water Procedure:
Add chicken and all the aromatics and spices to a medium pot. Cover with water by an inch or two.
Place the pot over medium heat and heat until the liquid comes to a low simmer. This will take a few minutes.
When the liquid reaches a low simmer, turn down the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.

Este año celebramos con mi mamá y mi hija, y las tres decidimos que queríamos comer Pasta Carbonara. Aquí les comparto un poco de nuestro almuerzo para celebrarnos y de cómo preparé la pasta. La auténtica Carbonara no lleva crema, el secreto es emulsionar la mezcla de huevo y queso con el agua en donde cocinó la pasta para que quede una salsa sedosa.

5 onzas de tocino
2 huevos
5 yemas de huevo
1 onza de pecorino romano, rallado
1 onza de parmesano, rallado

Carbonara Pasta✨ This year we celebrated with my mom and daughter, and the three of us decided that we wanted to eat Pasta Carbonara. Here I share a little about our lunch to celebrate and how I prepared the pasta. 👉🏻Comenten STROGANOFF y les mandamos la receta por MD El año pasado en Suiza probé el stroganoff más delicioso, su color era rojizo, ligeramente picante, y lo sirvieron con pasta artesanal hecha en el restaurante. El stoganoff lo servían en una olla aparte, y uno se lo echaba encima al plato con la pasta servida. En mi intento de recrear esta delicia en casa, hice esta receta que les compartimos en el blog. Seguiré ajustando la receta hasta que logre el sabor inolvidable de la pasta que probe en Marktplatz de St Gallen. Eso sí, esta receta está ¡deliciosa!

The stoganoff was served in a separate pot, and you poured it on top of the plate with the served pasta. In my attempt to recreate this delight at home, I made this recipe which I will continue to adjust until I achieve the unforgettable taste of the beef stroganoff I tried at Marktplatz in St Gallen.

✨Vinagreta de Ajonjolí✨
Todos estamos con antojo de algo fresco con este clima caluroso 🥵. Aquí les dejamos la receta de esta vinagreta de ajonjolí y que es la que siempre usamos para ensaladas asiáticas. Es una combinación perfecta de sabores. ¿Y recuerdan los fideos crispy en la air fryer? Con esta ensalada quedan perfectos 👌🏻 Vinagreta de Ajonjolí:
½ taza de vinagre de arroz o vinagre de sidra de manzana
¼ de taza de azúcar
½ cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharada de aceite de ajonjolí tostado
¼ de taza de aceite vegetal (como aguacate o canola)
2 cucharadas de salsa de soya
1 cucharada de semillas de ajonjolí tostadas
Ensalada:
6-7 tazas de lechuga romana rallada
1 zanahoria grande, rallada
2 tazas de repollo morado rallado
1 mandarina, pelada y cortada en gajos
⅓ taza de almendras rebanadas
½ taza de hojas de cilantro
12 oz de pollo desmenuzado (opcional)

¼ cup sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
¼ cup vegetable oil (such as avocado or canola)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Salad:
6-7 cups shredded romaine lettuce:
1 large carrot, shredded
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 mandarin orange, peeled and cut into segments
⅓ cup sliced almonds
½ cup cilantro leaves
12 oz shredded chicken (optional)
