We featured asparagus as our vegetable of the month for July, so this is another recipe you can try as a side dish, or appetizer.
You can use your indoor griller for this, or a grilling pan as I did.

1 lb asparagus
Salt and Pepper
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
