At the beginning of the year, and after having enjoyed the Holiday Season in which we all eat a little more than we should, all of us want to return to healthy meals, or this is the time of year when many want to try to make a change in eating habits to improve health.

It is difficult to maintain a strict diet, it is best to opt for a change of eating habits in which more than restrict the portions of food, we try to choose foods that provide nutritional value. This brings us to another point that is difficult in terms of diets, it is often easier to eat something that is ready to grab, even if it not the healthiest choice, than to prepare a salad when we are short on time.

The secret is to invest a little time in preparing certain foods so that they are ready for us during the week. For this purpose, we found some beautiful ecological containers. It is a set of 5 pieces in which you can store ready to eat ingredients such as: greens already disinfected and cut, carrot ribbons, celery strips, pineapple cubes, and a dressing for vegetables. We love to prepare Greek yogurt, with lemon juice, salt and pepper to accompany our vegetables.

To help with the craving for something sweet, and this is ideal for mornings, you can opt for a mocha latte, meaning coffee with milk and cacao. To sweeten it you can choose the natural option of your preference. This beverage is just sweet enough to take care of the craving, and the added cacao provides some benefits. We read that adding it to your regular coffee can improve mood and help perk you up. To be able to take it with us in the car, we found a cup with lid from the same ecological collection of Almacenes Siman.
