Poison Apple Cocktail
This post is also available in ESPAÑOL (SPANISH)
This shimmering cocktail is what we imagine the Evil Queen would serve at her castle: a blend of pomegranate, apple, lime, and cinnamon that tastes as good as it looks. Our Poison Apple is sweet, tart, and just a little dangerous, with edible glitter swirling through each sip like a potion under candlelight. It’s a drink that captures everything we love about October: moody evenings, cozy flavors, and a touch of playful magic.
In this recipe, we use apple nectar instead of apple cider, since it’s easier to find locally in Guatemala and adds the same fruity depth without the tanginess of cider. The result is a balanced cocktail with a silky texture, and a bright apple note that complements the cinnamon perfectly. Served in a coupe glass, this sparkling crimson drink is made for slow sips, candlelight, and a bit of mystery.
