In our last post, we wrote about the ideal pairings for a Moët & Chandon Imperial Rosé, and we shared the recipe for a Watermelon & Feta Salad that is perfect to accompany this brut rosé champagne.

This time, we are going to tell you about Chandon Rosé, it is also a brut sparkling wine, with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and cherry made with a mixture of Chardonnay, Malbec, Pinot Noir strains and winner of the Gold Medal in the SF Chronicle Wine Competition of 2021.

Happy Hour: Sparkling Watermelon Rosé

Rosé wines themselves are very versatile to pair, Chandon Rosé being slightly citric and dry, we recommend pairing it with:

  • Seafood
  • Salmon
  • Paella
  • Creamy risotto
  • A selection of cheeses: brie, camembert, parmesan
  • Desserts that are not overly sweet

Chandon Rosé also lends itself to adding a sophisticated touch to certain cocktails like this one, which combines refreshing watermelon juice, white tequila, and lime juice topped with our sparkling rosé. Delicious! Ideal for a brunch.

You can find Chandon Brut Rosé sparkling wine at Vinoteca stores.
