Happy Hour: Pineapple Margarita

When it comes to premium tequilas, Don Julio Blanco is a great one for tequila lovers. It is made from the finest blue agave to produce what is known as silver tequila, which has a crisp agave flavor with hints of citrus and is ideal for mixing cocktails or drinking neat.
The first cocktail that comes to mind you think about using tequila is the classic Margarita, which is made with lime juice, tequila, orange liquor, and simple syrup. We used that as a base for our Pineapple Margarita, which simply adds pineapple juice to the mix.
You can find Don Julio Blanco and the orange liquors at the Vinoteca stores.
