Happy Hour: Ginger Orchard

You’ll like this cocktail, we know it. It has the flavors of fall seasonal fruits, such as pears and apples, and with its touch of ginger, they make the ideal ingredients to highlight the notes of The Singleton 12, which was the whisky we chose for this recipe. You can learn more about how to enjoy your single malt whisky here.

The Singleton 12 and the ginger drink can be found in Vinoteca stores.

You can use ginger ale instead of ginger beer, although you should take into account that ginger ale is sweeter and has a very subtle ginger flavor. Ginger beer has a natural ginger flavor, which is stronger and less sweet. We always keep some at the house to prepare drinks like Kentucky Mule.

It’s dangerously delicious!
